Dawneesh Shaktivats is a dynamic and versatile lawyer with years of experience practicing law in India. Mr.Shaktivats completed his law degree from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and has built a litigation practice across various forums in the country, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and Trial Courts. He is an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India and comes with valuable experience from his tenures at reputed law firms, organisations, and litigation chambers. He is extensively skilled in case management and project management, but not limited to advising, drafting, and briefing with court appearances at different forums, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, CERC, State Commission, NCDRC, RERA, DRT, DRAT, TDSAT, and Trial Courts, along with handling of arbitrations and mediations.

Mr. Shaktivats has also handled matters pertaining to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Prevention of Corruption Act, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Passport Act, Insecticide Act, Essential Commodities Act, and Negotiable Instrument Act, to name a few, along with having immense knowledge and experience in handling complex virtual digital asset (VDA) / crypto currency matters.

Mr.Shaktivats has worked on various landmark and high-profile matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which include Gainbitcoin, Ram Temple, Data Localization, and Land Acquisition matters, to name a few. Mr. Shaktivats is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA), a permanent member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association (SCAORA), and an affiliate partner of the Bharat Web3 Association (BWA).

Yash is a graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi, (GGSIU) and has done LLM from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in Energy and Environment Law Policy. He works on matters pertaining to Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Energy Laws, White Collar Crimes and Consumer Matters.

Pallav Mongia

Pallav Mongia is a Solicitor (England & Wales) and Advocate on Record before Supreme Court of India with focus on commercial disputes and regulatory matters. Besides his flourishing practice in Supreme Court he has major experience in handling complex insolvency and arbitration matters. Further he handles range of regulatory disputes with respect to mining and energy sector. His previous experience includes working at and Laxmikumaran & Sridharan, Attorneys , Chamber of Hon'ble Mr. Justice L. Nageswara Rao (when he was Senior Advocate), Mr. Jayant Bhushan, Senior Advocate and Karanjawala & Co. wherein he gained wide experience as he represented Tata group, Vodafone, DLF, Hiranandani, Raheja builders, Wadia group, Reliance groups to name a few. He was also recipient of 2012 Supreme Court lawyers welfare trust scholarship. He holds B.A.LLB (Hons.) degree from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.

He is defending Yes Bank against SBI in the Vijay Mallya Dispute. Further, He has also represented celebrities like Ravina Tandon, Bharti Singh and Kapil Sharma. In terms of his arbitration practice, he is representing one of India’s largest insurance companies in an arbitration arising out of claims pertaining to highway insurance in Rajasthan. He has also represented clients before Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Mr. Mongia is empanelled as an arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Gujarat International Maritime Arbitration Centre (GIMAC) and Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA).

Mrinal Harsh Vardhan

Mrinal Harsh Vardhan is a an experienced advocate in handling civil & commercial litigation focusing on disputes with respect to real estate matters, Insolvency and Bankruptcy etc. He is the first person to get approval from National Company Law Tribunal of a Resolution Plan in with respect to Real Estate dispute in Delhi NCR. Further, he has worked on various high profile and landmark matters including Swiss Ribbons, Amrapali, Logix ,E homes and Alpha Corp.

His previous experience includes working at Chambers of Krishnendu Datta, Senior Advocate & Khaitan & Khaitan. He holds BSL. LLB degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Syed Tamjeed Ahmad

Mr. Ahmad began his career with the aerospace giant, Boeing at Brussels, Belgium working with its International Trade/Regulatory Affairs team. He has worked on numerous aircraft purchase/leasing transactions. He has also worked on some of country’s leading banking matters and international trade control matters. Mr. Ahmad is well experienced in International Export Control, International Trade Laws, aircraft/asset financing, indirect taxation, white collar crimes focusing on matters pertaining to Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and has argued before numerous High Courts/Tribunals and the Supreme Court of India.

In 2019, Mr. Ahmad was appointed amicus curiae by the Principal Bench of Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal in a matter involving conflict between aircraft rules and India’s export control regulations. He is alumnus of the reputed International Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University, Netherlands, where he completed an advanced LLM in Air and Space Law.

Mr. Bawaniwal has worked at the Supreme Court of India as a Research Assistant to Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna. He has extensively worked in Criminal, Constitutional and Matrimonial Matters. He also handles contract drafting and negotiations for several corporate houses.

He is also passionate about academics with a Gold Medal in LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal and has cleared UGC NET-JRF.
